Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most rewarding wildlife destinations. Upon arrival, begin an exciting game drive through one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. The Serengeti is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and countless other species. Depending on the season, you may also witness part of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your wildlife exploration and heading to your camp or lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Highlands

Begin the day with a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, providing another opportunity to experience its remarkable wildlife and breathtaking scenery. After a picnic lunch, continue with a final game drive before departing the Serengeti and travelling towards the Ngorongoro Highlands. The journey offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes and wildlife along the way. Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for your Ngorongoro Crater adventure.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Following an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable wildlife experience. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five. During your game drive, search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and hyenas while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the crater floor. A picnic lunch will be served within the crater before continuing your exploration. In the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to Arusha, bringing your unforgettable Tanzania wildlife safari to an end.
