Mount Kilimanjaro

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world, rising to 5,895 meters (19,341 feet) above sea level. Located in northeastern Tanzania, it is one of the continent’s most iconic natural landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The mountain consists of three volcanic cones: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira, with Uhuru Peak on Kibo being the highest point.

When is the best time to go on a Tanzania Safari?
